As the Covid-19 outbreak forced country borders to close, the SQI team adapted and moved their psychological assessments online. Conducted in partnership with ALAM, a world class maritime training academy, the first online session helped reduce time and resources initially spent on travelling. With teleconferencing, all boundaries break down as candidates can log in any time from any place in the world.
